MicroGrant Program
The Chamber of Commerce believes that small businesses are the backbone of the economy. That’s why we are excited to announce our Microgrant Program for Small Business! This program will provide financial support to eligible small businesses to help them grow and succeed.
If you’re a small business owner looking to expand your operations, upgrade your equipment, or make much needed repairs to your facility, we encourage you to apply for this program. The Chamber Board will review your application to determine if your business meets qualifying factors.
Company Qualifications
Eligible Grant Activities
- Capital improvements
- Façade improvements
- Remodels and room additions
- New or upgraded landscaping, irrigation, sprinkler system
- Hardscape such as pavement, block, or retaining wall
- Fencing
- Storm windows, doors
- New roof
- Security system
- Upgraded wiring, plumbing, duct work, or insulation
- Heating and air conditioning
- New furnace, water heater
- New flooring
- Internal Processes
- New Point of Sale (POS) software
- New database software
- Additional computer hardware needs
- New website or website upgrades
- E-commerce platform for online payments
- Implement a health and wellness program
- Ergonomic or Safety equipment
Funding of up to $1,000.00 will be available for small businesses to engage in activities to better their facilities, improve internal processes or purchase/repair needed equipment to stay in business. These grants are meant to be spent in a short amount of time. Successful applicants will apply when they have a project that is selected and ready for implementation.
